Let’s start with the exterior of the Chevy Silverado. With just one look at the Chevy Silverado, you can tell that this is a truck you’ll want to drive. It has plenty of clearance above the ground, making it ideal for driving on rougher roads. It also has a wide double grille in the front, providing a sleek yet powerful look. Finally, the truck bed in the back offers drivers plenty of storage and hauling capabilities.

One thing you won’t notice, however, is the number of color options for the Chevy Silverado. Chevy offers drivers plenty of colors to choose from so that you can choose something that best fits your personal style. The color options for the 2021 Chevy Silverado include:

  • Black.
  • Summit White.
  • Red Hot.
  • Mosaic Black Metallic.
  • Shadow Gray Metallic.
  • Northsky Blue Metallic.
  • Oxford Brown Metallic.
  • Satin Steel Metallic.
  • Silver Ice Metallic.
  • Cherry Red Tintcoat.

With so many color options available, you’re sure to find something you like. Perhaps the best thing you can do is take a look at each color option, preferably in person, to see which one you like the most.

Chevy Silverado Interior Features

The variety of options available for the Chevy Silverado don’t stop with just the colors, though. There are other decisions you can make regarding the interior of the vehicle. For one, you can pick what sort of seat material and colors you want. There are four different interior seating color options available, which are:

  • Jet black/umber leather.
  • Gideon leather.
  • Jet black cloth.
  • Jet black vinyl.

Again, it’s a good idea to take a look at these options in person so that you can ensure they fit your style and that you find them comfortable. Besides the seating options, there are other accessories you can add or upgrade within the Chevy Silverado. For example, there is the infotainment center. In the base trim, you’ll get a 7-inch screen that comes with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. As you move up the trim levels, you can upgrade this infotainment center, getting a larger screen or access to SiriusXM Satellite Radio.

In addition to the infotainment center, moving up the trim levels also provides you with more driver assistance features. For instance, the base trim comes with a rearview camera, which helps drivers when going in reverse. When you move up to another trim, you also gain access to a hitch guidance system, rear parking assistance, and driver memory settings. By offering upgrades across the different trim levels, Chevrolet makes it easier for you to determine your own balance between cost and features.

Chevy Silverado Trim Levels

There are eight different trim levels you can choose from for the Chevy Silverado. These models are:

Chevy Silverado WT

This is the starting trim level for the Chevy Silverado. However, despite being the base model, it still comes with plenty of features, such as a 4.3 EcoTec3 V-6 engine, an information screen, backup camera, and Chevy-exclusive Durabed box. You can also choose from several different cab sizes, including regular cab, crew cab, and double cab.

Chevy Silverado Custom

The next model is the Chevy Silverado Custom, which adds some more features beyond the WT trim. For example, with this model you get exterior heated mirrors, a six-speaker audio system, and LED tail lamps. This model also upgrades the interior with a cloth seat trim.

The Chevy Silverado Custom Trail Boss

This model adds in some upgrades over the Chevy Silverado Custom trim. With this trim, you’ll get a 4×4 drive system for better handling on rough roads. In addition, you’ll also get 18-inch black-painted aluminum wheels, performance red recovery hooks, and an improved suspension system.

Chevy Silverado LT

The Chevy Silverado LT comes with a turbo V-6 engine, providing more power than the previous trim levels. With this model, you also have the option to choose either a short bed or a standard bed. Some additional upgrades include a WiFi hotspot, a larger information center, and 17-inch silver-painted aluminum wheels.

Chevy Silverado RST

The step above the Chevy Silverado LT is the Chevy Silverado RST. This trim comes with some exterior enhancements, including a more sophisticated tailgate, LED tail lamps, and LED fog lamps. You’ll also get a remote start and improved security system, among other features.

Chevy Silverado LTZ

The Chevy Silverado LTZ focuses on upgrades to the interior. For example, this trim comes with a 10-way power driver’s seat with power lumbar for improved comfort. There’s also an HD rear vision camera for added safety and ease. Finally, this trim comes with a 5.3-liter V-8 engine with dynamic fuel management, for better performance and fuel economy.

Chevy Silverado LT Trail Boss

This trim level also comes with the improved 5.3-liter V-8 engine, along with some other upgrades. One addition is a keyless open and start feature, making it easier to enter and start up your truck. You’ll also get a leather-wrapped steering wheel for more comfort and style.

Chevy Silverado High Country

Finally, the last trim is the Chevy Silverado High Country. This trim comes with all the top-end features, including 20-inch wheels, chrome recovery hooks, and LED lights. You’ll also get interior upgrades such as front and rear park assist, heated rear seats, and a lane change alert.
